It is processed in a facility that is gluten-free, dairy-free and soya-free. Each batch is tested in a laboratory to confirm that the gluten presence is less than 20 ppm (making it suitable for people with gluten allergy / intolerance).

It can be used just like a normal atta, for making chapatis, parathas and poories, and can also be used for gluten-free baking.
