What is My Account for and how should I update information?
When you order with us and register yourself, you can stay in control of all your transactions through ‘My Account’. It enables you to easily modify your address or phone numbers, check the status of your order(s) and even change or manage your passwords. All your transactions, at a click.
Why is it required to sign up with The Kids Circle?
When you sign up with us, you will save time on your next order. The “My Account’ section will give you complete control over all your transactions with us.
Is there any minimum order value?
We do not have a minimum order value, however if the order value if below Rs. 499, Rs. 50 will be charged towards delivery.
How will I get my order confirmation?
Once your order’s payment has been authorised, we will send an e-mail confirmation on the e-mail id registered with us. Also, you will get a mobile confirmation of your order. The confirmation message will contain your order number, expected date of delivery and the items being processed for delivery. Timely updates will also be sent to you on your mobile number regarding your order’s shipment.
Can I get my order gift wrapped?
Yes, at an additional cost of Rs.20, you can get your order gift wrapped. However if you wanted to use our thekidscircle giftwrap we would do it for free.
How can I check my order status?
You can check your order status by going to the My Account Page where information regarding packaging, shipping, consignment tracking, tentative delivery and other details would be available.
How can I track my order?
Normally, it takes 24 hours for generating the shipment tracking number by the courier agency. This number will give you the status of your order at all times.
When and how can I cancel an order?
You can cancel your order anytime before we ship your product by clicking on the ‘Cancel My Order’ button in ‘My Orders’ tab under ‘My Account’ page. We will cancel your order and immediately initiate your refund.
How do I interpret the different order status?
The various order statuses are explained as follows-
- Payment Authorisation Pending- Your order has been submitted and we are awaiting payment authorisation.
- Order Under Process- Payment has been received and your order is being processed.
- Order Shipped- Your order has been packed and shipped for delivery.
- Order Cancelled- The order was cancelled.
What are the order delivery methods of The Kids Circle?
The orders placed in thekidscircle.com is delivered to you through courier or India Post.
What are the delivery charges?
We offer free delivery for orders above Rs.500/- any order below Rs.500/- will be charged Rs.50/- as delivery charges.
What is the estimated delivery time?
Normally we ship the ordered products in the next business day. You can expect the delivery between 4-7 working days.
It says the product cannot be delivered or shipped to my area – Why?
In case of legal restrictions and unavailability of shipment delivery to your area, your location cannot be serviced.

There are no hidden charges in thekidscircle.com. All your taxes and charges will be displayed before you place the order.

We are responsible for what we sell. We do accept returns. Please read our return policy for more details.
What is the Kids Circle Replacement Policy?
In case of the product is damaged during tranist, we encourgae you to not to receive the product. However you can call us on our customer care or write to customercare@thekidscircle.com and we will verify and award a replacement.
I was delivered a faulty item, how do I go about it?
In such a rare case, please contact us within 7 days of receiving the product. The reverse pickup will be arranged by us and the item(s) will be inspected. If found to be faulty or defective, we will either exchange your item(s) or refund your amount as per your request.

How do I pay for a purchase made with The Kids Circle?
At thekidscircle.com we accept all credit cards, debit cards, net banking and american express cards. Cash on Delivery option is also available with some restrictions.
What is Cash-On-Delivery? How can I avail this option?
You can place an order for a product and can choose cash on delivery option. You will recieve a call from our team and your order will be verified and shipped. You have to pay the price of the product to the person who will deliver the product. The product can be opened once the payment is made.
How can I pay by my credit/debit cards for purchases made with The Kids Circle?
On placing the order, you will be taken through a secured payment gateway where you can fill in your credit/debit card details and make the payment.

thekidscircle.com does not give an EMI option directly. But the credit cards may have an EMI option which you can choose during filling in the details.
